Abstract
Ljudski resursi u hotelijerstvu iznimno su važan faktor uspješnog poslovanja. Menadžment ljudskih resursa ima četiri značenja: znanstvena disciplina, menadžerska funkcija, posebna poslovna funkcija u organizaciji, specifična filozofija menadžmenta. Hotelijerstvo je djelatnost pružanja usluga smještaja, hrane i pića. U radu su objašnjene funkcije menadžmenta ljudskih resursa planiranje ljudskih resursa, analiza posla, pribavljanje ljudskih resursa, selekcija, motiviranje i nagrađivanje i obrazovanje ljudskih resursa. Planiranje je proces kojim se svjesno usmjeravaju, usklađuju, vode i kontroliraju resursi u ostvarivanju ciljeva zbog toga je vrlo važno za svaku organizaciju. U radu su prikazani i faktori koji utječu na planiranje ljudskih resursa. Analiza posla je polazište na kojem se izgrađuju procesi selekcije ljudstva unapređenje, osposobljavanje i usavršavanje ljudstva, ona nam daje prikaz što je dobro, a što loše. Pribavljanje ljudskih resursa je povlačenje kandidata na slobodna radna mjesta koji imaju sposobnosti, vještine i vještine. Selekcija nam, uz pomoć određenih metoda, pokazuje tko najbolje udovoljava zahtijevima posla. Motivacija je važna zbog poboljšanja proizvodnosti i efikasnosti. Nagrađivanje rezultira iz niza drugih funkcija kao što su motivacija ljudstva, osposobljavanje i usavršavanje. Obrazovanje jedan je od najefikasnijih načina ostvarenja konkurentske prednosti. Također je dan primjer upravljanja ljudskim resursima u hotelu Mozart. Hotel Mozart smješten je u Špišić Bukovici. Vlasnik hotela je Janko Đebro. Kategoriziran je sa četiri zvjezdice.

Human Resource in the Hotel industry is important factor in a sucessful business. Human Resource Management has four meanings: a scientific discipline, managerial function, a particular business function in the organization, specific management philosophy. The Hotel industry is the activity of providing accommodation, food and drinks. This Paper considers the functions of human Resource Management Human Resource planning, job analysis, recruitment of Human Resources, selection, motivation and reward and Human Resources training. Planning is the process of consciously directing, coordinating, and controlling water resources in achieving the objectives because it is very important for any organization. The Paper presents the factors that affect the planning of Human Resources. Job analysis is the starting point on which to build processes of selection of personnel promotion, training and qualification of manpower, it gives us an account that is good and what is bad. Obtaining Human Resources is a withdrawal of candidates for vacancies that have the capabilities, skills and skills. Selection of us, with the help of certain methods, shows who best meets the requirements of the job. Motivation is important for improving productivity and efficiency. Rewarding results from a number of other functions such as the motivation of personnel, training and development. Education is one of the most effective ways of achieving competitive advantage. It is also an example of Human Resource Managment in the Hotel Mozart. Hotel Mozart is located in Špišić Bukovica. The Hotel owner is Janko Đebro. It has been categorized with four stars.
