Abstract
Ljudski potencijali predstavljaju poslovnu filozofiju koja je bitan faktor svakog poslovanja. Dolaskom ekonomske i poslovne krize, najbitnija stvar koju je potrebno učiniti je prepoznati krizu u njenom što ranijem stadiju. Pokazalo se da je krizu moguće prebroditi restrukturiranjem i promjenom oblika i procesa. Za zaposlenike kriza donosi potpuno novu orijentaciju koja može imati konstruktivne i destruktivne posljedice. Krizu treba shvatiti kao novu šansu i preokret jer je ona dio poslovnog procesa. Pokazalo se da je za vrijeme krize potrebno obratiti posebnu pažnju na zaposlenike jer se oni nalaze prvi na udaru krize. Uočava se pad sustava vrijednosti i demotivacija kod zaposlenika koju je potrebno ukloniti motivacijom i sustavom nagrađivanja. Isto tako, uočava se da kriza nije samo teret na leđima zaposlenika, već bitnu ulogu ima i menadžer koji svojim radom mora potaknuti zaposlenike da zajedno s njim iznesu krizu kroz tvrtku sa što manjim negativnim posljedicama. Može se zaključiti da je opstanak u krizi moguć uz kompetentnog i djelotvornog menadžera koji pravilnim vođenjem i upravljanjem svojih zaposlenika, uz dvosmjernu komunikaciju, može dovesti tvrtku u stanje da je ona sposobna prebroditi krizu sa što manjim gubicima i negativnim posljedicama za poslovanje.

Human resources represent a business philosophy that is an important factor for any business. With the arrival of the economic and business crisis, the most important thing to do is to recognize the crisis in its early stages. It turned out that the crisis can be overcome by restructuring and changing forms and processes. For employees crisis brings a whole new orientation that can have constructive or destructive consequences. The crisis should be seen as a new opportunity and a turnaround because it is part of the business process. It turned out that during the crisis should pay particular attention to the employees because they are the first target of the crisis. There is a fall of the value system and demotivation among employees to be removed by motivation and reward system. Also, it is evident that the crisis is not only a burden on the backs of employees, but also plays an important role and the manager whose work must encourage employees to work together with him present crisis through the company with the least negative consequences. It can be concluded that the existence of the crisis is possible with competent and effective manager of proper conduct and management of its employees, with two-way communication, may cause the company to state that she is able to overcome the crisis with minimal losses and negative consequences for the business.
