Abstract
U današnje vrijeme sve više raste svjesnost o važnosti ljudskih kapitala. Ljudi su nešto najvrjednije što neka tvrtka posjeduje. Čimbenici poput spola, životne dobi, osobnosti, edukacije na poslu, mogućnost napredovanja, potvrđivanje osobnosti, zanimljivost posla, fiksno radno vrijeme, visina plaće, rad u mjestu prebivališta/boravišta su ključni za zaposlenikovo zadovoljstvo na poslu. Jednako tako važan čimbenik ponašanja zaposlenika je i motivacija, novčana i svaka druga. Psihičke osobine zaposlenih su od velikog značaja, poput karaktera i temperamenta, točnije, kako će se osoba postaviti prema zadatku koji od njega očekuje poslodavac. Hoće li biti ambiciozan, frustriran, flegmatičan, to su sve psihičke osobine koje se očituju na poslu i isto tako u radnikovom privatnom životu. Beneficije su isto tako važne. Naknade troškova zaposlenicima kao što su: putni troškovi, troškovi korištenja osobnog automobila za službene potrebe, troškovi smještaja i ishrane kod terenskog rada, naknada troškova mobitela, troškovi reprezentacije, službena odjeća za rad, troškovi promocije, itd. Isto tako i učenje i edukacija na poslu su od velikog značaja za radnika jer radnici konstantno uče na poslu i izvan njega želeći konkurirati na tržištu rada i samim time sebi osigurati bolji položaj u društvu. Motivacija je utjecaj koji izaziva, usmjerava i održava željeno ponašanje ljudi. U okviru menadžmenta motivacija igra važnu ulogu jer njome menadžer nastoji zadovoljiti želje i nagone svojih suradnika kako bi njihovo ponašanje bilo poželjno i prihvatljivo za organizaciju. Istraživanjem se željelo dokazati čimbenike koji utječu na ponašanje zaposlenika .

In today's time the human capital awareness is growing. People are the most valuable thing one company holds. The factors like sex, age, personality, education at work, an opportunity for advancement, confirmation of character, how interesting job is, fixed working hours, salary, working location are key for employee’s work satisfaction. The equally important factor of employee's behavior is motivation, either in money or something else. Employee's physical characteristics, like personal character and temperament, have great importance on how the person will place himself or herself to the assignment which their employer put in front of him or her. Him or her being ambitious, frustrated, phlegmatic are physical characteristics which manifest on the job, but also on the employee’s private life. Benefits are also important. Reimbursement of employee’s expenses such as travel expenses, expenses of using personal vehicle for working, accommodation and field work expenses, phone, representation, promotion, and promotion expenses, etc. Also, the education at work has great importance for the employee's because the employees are constantly learning on work and in their free time because they want to stay competitive on the labor market to secure a better place in society for themselves. In management, the motivation has an important role which manager use in order to satisfy wishes and urges of his associates so their behavior is preferable and acceptable for the organization. This research wanted to prove factors which influence the employee behavior.
