Abstract
Rad je fokusiran na pojam eCRM (upravljanje odnosima s klijentima na internetu). Poslovanje putem interneta trenutno se smatra najprofitabilnijim oblikom trgovine zbog jednostavnosti i niskih troškova te kao takvo će postajati sve značajnijim i unosnijim komponentama svake trgovine. Trenutna situacija današnjeg poslovanja zahtijeva povezanost svih sudionika procesa kupnje i prodaje i sudjelovanje u proizvodnji nekih novih proizvoda ili njihova dorada. Poduzeća koriste internet za brojne oblike komunikacije, od objavljivanja informacija o vlastitom poslovanju, ponudi do primjene kod elemenata promotivnog miksa poput oglašavanja, direktnog marketinga i unapređenja prodaje kako bi zadržali trenutne kupce i otvorila put za nove kupce. Cilj rada je uputiti na značaj poslovanja putem interneta, koja je na putu da postane primarni oblik poslovanja.

This paper examines the concept of eCRM (Customer Relationship Management on the Internet). Business on the Internet is currently considered the most profitable form of trade due to the simplicity and low cost, and as such will become increasingly important and lucrative components of each trade. The current situation of today's business requires connection of all participants in the process of buying and selling and participation in the production of some new product or their finishing. Enterprises using the Internet for many forms of communication, publishing information about their business to offer applications with elements of the promotional mix, such as advertising, direct marketing and sales promotion in order to keep current customers and opened the way for new customers. The aim of this paper exemines is to refer to the importance of business over the Internet that I was to become the primary form of business
