Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
the non-profit sector in all developed countries has a rich tradition. But it came to center of attention in the twenties of the last century. The purpose of the paper is better understanding of the subject through terminological frames and definitions, and with detailed explanations of the terms associated with non-profit organizations, entrepreneurship, female conduct and female entrepreneurship. Since the concept of entrepreneurship is as old as human society, it is used every day and for different purposes. As every entrepreneur is also a leader, leadership has become a subject of intense interest and study of scientists and theoreticians and that is how many models of leadership are developed. The goal is to reach a certain level of flexibility in management which is a key value for survival in the new business environment. Increased participation of women in the business environment and the labor market is steadily increasing during the last and this century. The paper will define the characteristics of "female" or modern leadership style and "male" traditional leadership style. Contribution of women in the business world is clearly increasing. the last few years more and more women receive essential roles in the business environment, but discrimination against them is not diminished. Application of labor law is becoming a common discussion as one of the ways to reduce discrimination in the labor market. Gender equality in the labor market is a complex problem that also requires the engagement of the whole society.
