Abstract (english) | This paper presents the relationship between ethics and business ethics on religions, that is, how each religion has different ways of working, its rules, and principles that should be respected. By introducing ethics into the organization, standards are created through an ethical code-based behavior that applies to all employees. There are different opinions that business without moral criteria cannot provide lasting, stable and significant results. Respect for ethical codes leads to good business results. By comparing the four religions of Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism, there is a difference between ethical conduct itself and diversity in the activities themselves. The Islamic people consider Shariah to be based on God's revelation and it represents a very important item in the life of every Muslim.
The Qur'an determines what God has determined, banned, recommended and they lead their lives according to that principle. Buddhism is different in that monks cannot do physical work or receive money. For Hindus, the very essence lies in the water cults, where they bathe themselves in water to get rid of their sins that they have done intentionally or unintentionally. In Christendom, a work was sometimes thought of as a punishment for committing some deviance or sin, but the good thing was that the funds collected could help the poor. The importance lies in the fact that every religion has a different set of rules of conduct and action that gives each of the religions something positive, and with these rules and respect for ethics and morals, it leads to success in business as well as social life. |
