Abstract
Rad se bazira na teoretskom i praktičkom prikazu poslovnog bontona u poslovnom svijetu, te međudjelovanje poslovnog bontona i međuljudskih odnosa. Opisan je i sam pojam komunikacije kao i poslovna komunikacija, najbitniji elementi komunikacijskog procesa koji nam pojašnjavaju kako poruka odlazi od pošiljatelja do primatelja. Tako postoje opći oblici komunikacije i poslovni oblici komunikacije koji se dijele na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju. Poslovna komunikacija obuhvaća elemente kao što su poslovno odijevanje, pravila ponašanja s drugim ljudima, ton glasa i govor tijela, upotreba riječi i pravila uljuđenog razgovora u raznim poslovnim situacijama, kao i ponašanje za stolom pri poslovnim objedima. Međuljudske odnose u organizaciji valja njegovati, jer stabilnost i uzajamnost mogu ostati samo ako svi sudionici u odnosu stalno vode računa o očekivanjima druge strane. Međuljudskim odnosima u kompaniji se često ne pridaje toliki značaj. Ipak, ako se posao ne odvija kako treba, ako se prekoračuju rokovi i ostvaruje loša kvaliteta, razlog treba potražiti baš u ovom segmentu. Za jednog poslovnog čovjeka kontakti sa strancima i sa drugim kulturama su sasvim uobičajeni. Da bi pregovori i suradnja bili uspješni i efikasni i kako bi se uklopili u novu kulturu potrebno je dobro upoznati se sa kulturom i poslovnim običajima te zemlje sa kojom poslujemo radi dobrih međuljudskim odnosa i postizanjem poslovnih uspjeha koji se temelje na uspješnim pregovorima i dogovorima.

The work is based on theoretical and practical view of business bonton in the business world, and the interaction of business bonton and human relations. It's also describes the term of a communication and business communication, the most important elements of the communication process which is described how message goes from the sender to the recipient. So there are general forms of communication and business forms of communication that are divided into verbal and nonverbal communication. Business communication includes elements such as business clothing, code of good behaviour with other people, tone of voice and body language, using a words and the rules of civilized conversation in a various of business situations, like table manners at business meals. Human relations in the organization should be cared, because stability and solidarity can only stay if all participants in relation take care of the expectations of the other. Human relations in the company often does not attach such importance. However, if the work is not carried out properly, if they exceed the limits and making poor quality, the reason should be search in this segment. For a business man contacts with foreigners and other cultures are quite common. In order for negotiations and cooperation to be successful and effective and to fit into a new culture is necessary to be familiar with the culture and business practices of the country with which we do business for good human relations and achieving business success that are based on successful negotiations and agreements.
